About. These Terms govern serenebiotics.com and purchases from Serene Biotics, Inc. Using the site or purchasing means you agree to them.
Products & health disclaimer. Serene Biotics products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Site information is educational, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use. Allergen: products contain milk from the Bimuno prebiotic.
Orders, pre-orders & subscriptions. One-time orders do not renew. Subscription orders renew at the price and cadence shown before checkout until canceled. Pre-orders are charged at purchase and are expected to ship Fall 2026. Cancel before shipment for a full refund. If we cannot ship within 30 days of the estimated date, we will notify you and offer the choice to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund, consistent with FTC 16 CFR Part 435.
Guarantee & returns. The Refund & Returns Policy governs refunds. The first delivery is covered for 30 days from delivery. Pre-orders canceled before shipment are refunded in full.
Accounts. You are responsible for your credentials and for providing accurate order and contact information.
Intellectual property & acceptable use. Site content and marks are owned by Serene Biotics or its licensors. Bimuno® is a trademark of Clasado Limited. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or misuse the site or its content.
Disclaimers & liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided as is, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to it. Nothing limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law & disputes. Delaware law governs, except consumers retain mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, with a jury-trial and class-action waiver, except either party may use small-claims court. You may opt out by emailing support@serenebiotics.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
