Cancellation policy

Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Your plan renews automatically. When you choose a subscription, you authorize Serene Biotics, through its billing processor, to charge your payment method at the price and frequency shown before checkout until you cancel.

Plan details. Available cadences, savings, charges, and any plan-specific benefit are shown on the product page and again before checkout. A one-time purchase does not renew.

Pre-order timing. Your first cycle is charged at checkout and is expected to ship in Fall 2026. Your next charge follows the renewal schedule shown before checkout. Cancel before the first shipment for a full refund, or cancel later to stop future renewals.

How to cancel. Cancel online from your account, by emailing support@serenebiotics.com, or by replying to a subscription email. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not reverse an order already shipped.

Reminders and changes. We send renewal or change notices where required by applicable law. If a price or material plan term changes, we provide advance notice and instructions to cancel before the change takes effect.

Consent. The recurring price, cadence, and cancellation terms are presented before a subscription order is completed. By choosing a subscription and completing checkout, you authorize the recurring charges shown there.
