Refund & Returns Policy

Our 30-day promise. If your first Serene Biotics order is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price. Opened product is eligible, and you do not need to return it.

Pre-orders. You are charged when you place your pre-order. Cancel before shipment for a full refund of that order. Once your first order is delivered, the 30-day guarantee begins.

Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals. The 30-day guarantee covers your first delivery only and does not automatically cover later renewal orders. Contact us promptly if a later shipment is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise has a fulfillment problem.

How to request a refund. Email support@serenebiotics.com with your order number. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. Original expedited-shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

This policy applies to purchases made directly at serenebiotics.com, not third-party resellers. We may limit or decline refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraud. This policy does not affect rights you have under applicable law.
