How do I take it?
Choose the morning formula, the evening formula, or both. No pills, no capsules.
Mix one Daily Calm Focus stick pack with 8 fl oz of cold or room-temperature water in the morning. Prepare one Nightly Rest & Restore stick pack the same way 30–60 minutes before bed.
How to use the formulasHow do they taste?
Peach Mango to start the day. Hibiscus Vanilla to wind down.
Both are flavored powders designed to be stirred into cold or room temperature water.
Do I need both, or can I take just one?
You can choose either formula on its own or both together.
Both contain DR7 and Bimuno GOS. Choose the morning formula, the evening formula, or the pair according to the routine you want.
Can I take it with coffee?
The morning formula is caffeine-free.

Any allergens?
One allergen to flag: milk.
Our Bimuno® GOS prebiotic is derived from lactose, so the protocol contains milk. It is gluten free, made with Non-GMO ingredients, caffeine-free in the morning, and melatonin-free at night.

Is it safe?
Suitability depends on your health, medications, and allergies.
The Bimuno prebiotic is made from lactose and contains milk. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or considering it for anyone under 18, speak with a qualified clinician before use.
Are there stimulants?
None.
Daily Calm Focus contains no caffeine. Nightly Rest & Restore contains no melatonin. Individual responses vary.
What is in it?
The same probiotic and prebiotic in both, then L-theanine in the morning and magnesium at night.
Morning holds L-theanine 200 mg, B Vitamins, the DR7 strain, and Bimuno prebiotic. Evening contains magnesium glycinate, providing 200 mg of elemental magnesium, with the same gut-brain base.
