How do I prepare the powders?

Mix one Daily Calm Focus stick pack into 8 fl oz of cold or room-temperature water in the morning. Prepare one Nightly Rest & Restore stick pack the same way 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Follow the directions on your box.

Can I choose just one formula?

Yes. Daily Calm Focus and Nightly Rest & Restore are available separately. The Gut-Brain Protocol brings both formulas together.

Does either formula contain caffeine or melatonin?

No. Daily Calm Focus is caffeine-free, and Nightly Rest & Restore is melatonin-free.

What should I know before taking it?

Both formulas contain milk. If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, or are considering the protocol for anyone under 18, speak with a qualified clinician before use.
