    L-theanine is here at 200 mg, the amount its published trials used. The prebiotic fiber is at 1.39 g, in the morning serving and again in the evening one. DR7 matches the 1 billion CFU the Chong trial gave.

  • We left out what the data did not justify.

    No herbal sedatives, no melatonin, no megadoses. Only actives that earned their place in published research.
