Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders. Your order is charged today and is expected to ship in Fall 2026. Cancel any time before shipment for a full refund. If we cannot ship within 30 days of the estimated ship date, we will notify you and let you consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).

Recurring shipments. After the first shipment, subscription orders ship on the cadence shown before checkout. You receive order, charge, and shipping confirmations as applicable.

U.S. shipping. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders. Express shipping, when offered, is $15. Once fulfillment begins, in-stock orders normally process within 1-2 business days. Tracking is sent by email. If a carrier reports a problem, contact us and we will help investigate.

Limited welcome kit. A limited number of the earliest qualifying Protocol pre-orders will receive a complimentary welcome kit with the first delivery, while supplies last. One kit maximum per qualifying customer. Eligibility is confirmed in the qualifying order experience; no buyer count is promised until the final allocation is published.
